By accessing or using RetailInterest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

RetailInterest provides web-based market-positioning analytics for Indian index options (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX, FINNIFTY, MIDCPNIFTY, BANKEX) and BTC options. The service includes live option chain visualization, max pain calculation, PCR analytics, OI buildup classification, paper trading simulation, and an autotrade signal engine.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, redistribute, or resell platform data without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms.
  • Use automated bots, headless browsers, or non-human clients to access pages or APIs other than through documented endpoints.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use the platform to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or any illegal activity.
  • Upload malware, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with platform infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

All platform code, design, branding, written content, analytics methodology, signal engines, and documentation are owned by RetailInterest and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. Market data shown is sourced from exchanges (NSE, BSE, Deribit, Binance) under their respective licensing terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for the full statement. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

6. Trading risk

You acknowledge that trading in derivatives carries substantial risk of loss. RetailInterest does not execute trades on your behalf, does not hold custody of funds or securities, and is not affiliated with any broker. All trading decisions are yours alone.

7. Data & availability

We aim for sub-3-second data freshness during market hours but make no guarantee of uptime or data accuracy. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, and force-majeure events may interrupt service. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruption, data delay, or inaccuracy.

8. Fees & subscriptions

The current platform offering may include free and paid tiers. Pricing, feature scope, and billing terms for any paid tier are specified at the point of subscription. Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you cease immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetailInterest's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published at this URL with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
